UHE Varsity
Previously played under the name of “Coconut Island” during the off-season in scrims, the varsity team wanted to continue the legacy under the University of Hawaiʻi Esports name.
Working in 3D to recolor the preferred characters to University of Hawaiʻi’s colors and finding the tropical environment of Apex Legend’s Stormpoint map retained the spirit of “Coconut Island” under the UHE name.
UHE Junior Varsity
University of Hawaiʻi Junior Varsity Apex team are a newly formed team recruited through tryouts.
Training with the team leaders and Varsity team, they strive to improve their own skills.
Fueling a new flame for the UHEsports Apex group.
Communication was key for this project as each team had their own preference of characters and pose along with the graphic approval of the team leaders.
